Baptist Health has been listed in the nation’s top 150 large employers on the Forbes list of America’s Best Employers 2022. The recognition was announced and presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., a statistics portal and industry-ranking provider.

Five large Kentucky firms were named to the 500-company list announced Feb. 10 and now available on the Forbes website (forbes.com). Last fall, Baptist Health was ranked fourth in Kentucky in Forbes’ America’s Best Employers By State.

“We are honored to be chosen as a leading employer among such highly-regarded companies,” said Angie Mannino, chief people and culture officer for Baptist Health. “This recognition is a great compliment to our employees who have shown their deep dedication to our patients during this pandemic.”

Forbes and Statista selected the America’s Best Employers 2022 through an independent survey applied to a sample of approximately 60,000 American employees working for companies with more than 1,000 employees in America.

Across 25 industry sectors, 1,000 employers were recognized — 500 large employers and 500 midsize employers. The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees who were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family. Employee evaluations also included other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively.

Baptist Health, Kentucky’s largest health system, is hiring for positions across all locations for clinical, non-clinical and executive roles.
