What is the vision/mission of your company?  

Vimarc is solution-focused. One of our greatest attributes as a partner is the ability to listen to our clients’ needs and deliver a strategic recommendation to meet their objectives. We pride ourselves on our customer-centric mentality. We can make beautiful, award-winning artwork, but it’s also going to work.

How did your company begin?  

At Vimarc, we cut our teeth on healthcare. From the beginning, our employees have taken the time and effort to learn this industry. We make time to read the updated guidelines, follow the news, and listen to our clients to ensure we’re always in step with the market and consumers.

We also have many clients outside of the healthcare realm, and we take the same care and concern to learn their businesses’ ins and outs. We do the work to make ourselves experts in not only marketing, but also whatever our clients do best.

What is one thing you wish others knew about your company?

Building strong relationships with our clients is what we value the most.. The communication and trust that we create with clients is second to none. Without those things, a campaign or project will never be successful.

What makes your company different from competitors?  

We LISTEN. In this industry, it’s all about being the expert and knowing the next step. However, many times we’ve learned exactly what we need to know from our clients, the market, and each other. Our greatest trait is being a partner who will listen and come back to you with a solution to meet the objective.

Have you had to pivot strategies over the years? 

From the beginning, Vimarc has always had a stake in healthcare. As the landscape continues to change, we’ve identified the need to diversify our client portfolio. We’ve found equal strength in B2B, tourism/entertainment, and nonprofit. The variety keeps our staff engaged and thinking creatively.

What makes Louisville a good home for your company?  

Louisville is the perfect place for our business because healthcare innovation is a priority in this market. We work with companies that are changing the shape of our marketing landscape.
