Cille Kissel Watkins is passionate about leveraging data and loyalty principles to deliver measurable results for businesses and value to customers. As a Product Manager for Humana’s Experience Center, she leads development of solutions designed to improve the well-being of Humana members. In her previous role at EdjAnalytics, Cille helped companies develop predictive solutions to anticipate future outcomes and course-correct to optimize results. Before moving to Louisville, she spent five years in the customer analytics industry helping retailers and consumer packaged goods companies improve customer retention and engagement through successful communications and promotions. Cille studied Economics and Consumer Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, giving her a balanced strategic and analytical perspective. She is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and spends her free time in the outdoors and volunteering as an early responder for disaster relief.
