Rebecca Stahl joined the University of Louisville in July of 2016 as Associate University Counsel. In this role, she serves as legal counsel on Health Sciences Campus to Schools of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, and Public Health and Information Sciences on academic matters. Rebecca also advises administration on student and faculty affairs matters, including disciplinary and termination proceedings. Prior to her position at the University of Louisville, Rebecca was an attorney at Wright, Lindsey & Jennings LLP in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, she was counsel to public entities and private companies on corporate and transactional matters, including incorporation/organization, corporate governance, mergers/acquisitions, and dissolution. Rebecca received her Juris Doctor, High Honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
