Jacqueline is a manager in the Sales & Marketing Department as a client strategist. She comes with over 25 years in the healthcare industry ranging from acute care to long-term care. Her clinical/operations experience includes, cardiovascular, ortho/neuro, emergency room, PACU, paediatrics and maternal/child. She has been involved in operational assessments, opened new facilities, new construction/remodelling projects, structure and designing of a new hospital, process improvement, strategic planning, physician relations, and development/mentoring of new and current management. She has been involved in development of new business for service lines, development of Centers of Excellence, evaluating existing service lines for cost containment, efficiencies and increased value added business. She has built the continuum of care infrastructure for a Pioneer ACO and developed a new Advanced Care Model for a large physician practice. Her previous experience provides a full range of taking healthcare into the future and providing patients a comprehensive healthcare delivery system.
