Brittany joined Health Enterprises Network in January 2008 as marketing coordinator. In this role, Brittany supports and facilitates efforts related to marketing, Board of Directors functions and member relations and recruitment. She also coordinates events, manages related office activities and disseminates communications.

Brittany comes to the network with strong career-related experience. While enrolled as a full-time college student, Brittany held two work-related positions – one as an intern in the Public Relations Department of The Lexington Ballet and the other as an office assistant to the Department of Communication at Eastern Kentucky University (EKU). Prior to her internship with The Lexington Ballet, Brittany completed an internship in marketing with Baldwin and Associates in Richmond, Kentucky.

Brittany obtained a bachelor of business administration, with dual degrees in marketing and corporate communication and technology, from EKU. She also earned a minor in public relations.. While at EKU, Brittany received numerous honors and awards, including President’s List, Distinguished Senior Corporate Communication and Technology award, Dean’s List and Patterson Scholar. Brittany was also a member of Phi Beta Lambda, the largest business career student organization in the world, and served as the reporter and historian for the organization’s EKU chapter. She placed first in a Phi Beta Lambda state competition for database design and applications and seventh in a national competition for the same category.

In her spare time, Brittany enjoys traveling and spending time with her dog, a black Labrador retriever.
