Health Enterprises Network, and HEN business development director David Buschman, collaborate with Signature HealthCARE, Christian Care Communities, MD2U and Trilogy Health Services to form the Kentucky LTC Training Consortium Inc. The consortium addresses the problems associated with high CNA turnover by allowing companies to apply for grant money from the Bluegrass Skills Corp.

This in turn allows the companies to access behavioral assessment tools, administered by The Oliver Group Inc. to CNA job applicants, to find the best suited individual for the position. Finding applicants with work styles, preferences and patient care abilities that fit most with the role of a CNA helps to tremendously to alleviate turnover. Read more about this exciting venture.
